Doctor does a chiropractic adjustment as part of sports rehab

Sports Chiropractic

More than just cracking backs.

We use chiropractic techniques to maximize your recovery process. Our chiropractic care is true movement rehabilitation combined with more manual manipulation and a much more you-centric approach.

Your Path To Recovery

Initial Assessment

You’ll book a 60-minute appointment with one of our doctors. We conduct a comprehensive evaluation to understand your current condition, limitations, and goals.

Customized Plan

Follow-up appointments are 30–45 minutes. Together, we create a tailored rehab program that may include:

  • chiropractic techniques

  • strength training

  • cupping

  • shockwave

  • functional needling

  • and more

What to Expect

  • Rehabilitative Exercises & Movement

Pain doesn’t just happen—it’s the result of movement patterns your brain controls. We focus on improving those patterns by dialing in your body’s mobility, stability, and strength. The goal? Relieve pain and tackle its root cause with functional movement that works for you.

  • Neurodynamic Mobilization

Your nervous system can throw a wrench in how you move and feel, causing numbness, tingling, weakness, or even that “electric” zap. Neurodynamic mobilization uses nerve-specific exercises to free up compressed or sensitive nerves, helping them move—and you feel—like they should.

  • Soft-Tissue Therapy

Muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, fascia—your soft tissue can hold the key to pain relief. We use targeted techniques like manual therapy (deep tissue, pin-and-stretch, myofascial work) or instrument-assisted tools (like cupping or needling) to get you moving better, faster.

  • Joint Manipulation

Joint manipulation (aka adjustments) uses quick, controlled movements to restore motion and reduce pain. Prefer a slower approach? Joint mobilizations can gently coax your joints back into action. It’s not just for spines—we work on arms, legs, and more.

  • Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy, (also called Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology (EPAT)), delivers an evidence-based, non-surgical solution for patients suffering from chronic soft tissue pain. Shockwave can effectively treat acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain and/or pain that significantly impairs mobility or quality of life.
